Perform a targeted due diligence of portfolios (datatape analysis, physical review of the provided sample of loans in order to identify evident risks, lack of documentation and other relevant information, the collection or legal action status, warranty management, etc)
Undertake an extensive review and analysis of the portfolio data and input for the ptf pricing and modeling of the collection curves, etc
Provide market insight, competitors' analysis, provide feedback on similar past transactions, etc. We will also provide feedback on leading local practices and benchmarks to support you in the pricing process and assessing the portfolio's recovery potential.
